The Delta Rise

Delta Rise is the tallest tower in the City of Delta and the only high rise tower (i.e. greater than 15 storeys) within the municipality. Carion Construction played an integral role in the creation of this new skyline in North Delta. We completed the formwork component of the project in the fall of 2016.

Delta Rise is a 36 storey tower featuring 317 units. The architecture and design of the development features expansive outdoor living spaces, incredible views from upper floors, clever floorplans in a variety of configurations with residents’ everyday needs in mind.
