Mandarin Residences

The Mandarin Residence is located in the heart of downtown Richmond on No. 3 Road near the southern terminus station of the Canada Line. This project consists of two 15 storey market towers totaling 347 units with retail space for Scotia Bank, one level of underground parking, 3.5 levels of above grade parking and amenity areas.

The site logistics proved to be a challenge on this project; With the SkyTrain guideway on the west and existing buildings to the north and south, crews only had lane access on the east side of the development. Our team successfully managed this challenge and the project was delivered on-time and on-budget.

This project demonstrates Carion’s ability to improvise, adapt, and find solutions to challenging construction problems.
