Blood Alley

Currently under construction Blood Alley is located in the heart of Gastown at 33 West Cordova Street. This development will be a 10 storey rental apartment building and a 6 storey residential building, sitting on top of a 2 storey parkade.  A key architectural feature of the building will be the heritage façade. Blood Alley Square came to fruition in 1971 and to this day continues to be on of Vancouver’s preserved historical locations.  Upon completion, the development will create 80 social housing units and 62 market rental unitsin Gastown.
