8X on the Park has been identified as Yaletown’s landmark building. In the words of the development team, “the tower’s form subtly shifts as it rises in 8-storey bands, inspired by the scale of neighbouring heritage buildings, while the Richard’s side is defined by innovative solar shading in a distinctive ‘X” pattern.” Located at 1111 Richards Street, the 35 storey tower features 191 units.
